When the dimmer switch is on, the nightlight will illuminate at a dim level if the surrounding environment is detected to be lower than 10-15 lux. When the detected environment is brighter than said range, the light will automatically shut off. If any motion is detected while the dimmer is on, the light will activate at full brightness.
